Please note that the problem with warehouse requests using Internet Explorer as a browser has still not been resolved.  Please use Netscape or Firefox.  Talk to your IT person if you don’t know how to install Netscape Browser or Firefox Browser.

From this week Document Delivery requests are sent to you electronically. When your article request becomes available you will receive an email notifying you of how to access. The service uses the email address located in your UQ record. The email will provide details of how to retrieve the article. You will need to enter your email address followed by the item identification (ID) provided in the email. A list of available documents will be displayed. Browser pop-up windows need to be enabled.
