We’re the people wearing very distinctive green shirts that you’ll see roaming or roving around the library and carrying a mobile phone (aka the ‘bat phone’). If you have a query about library resources and/or need help with your assignments, feel free to ask us for help. If you need our help and can’t spot us, pick up your mobile or one of the library’s courtesy phones and call 334 63688. The ‘bat phone’ is always manned and will be answered whenever the library is open.
