Grazfeed database now available in the library

Friday, May 25th, 2007

There have been a few students asking about the availability of the database Grazfeed within the biol sciences library. In response to these queries, we have now made Grazfeed available on 4 computers on level 3 of the library. The computer numbers are BSL340, 341, 345 and 344 (the first bank of PCs you see as you come out of the stairs on level 3)
You need to access it via the Novell Application Launcher on these PCs - you will find it under Databases - G-H

If, like me, you have never heard of Grazfeed and want to know more about it, here is the lowdown from the catalogue record:
Grazfeed is a computer program for providing current feeding standards to grazing animals on any type of pasture.
